Consultations are important. A valuation must be made prior to booking to see if you are a candidate for semi-permanent cosmetics.
PERMANENT MAKEUP IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ANY CLIENTS WHO ARE OR HAVE:
· Pregnant or nursing
· Viral infections and/or diseases
· A pacemaker or major heart problems
· Had an organ transplant
· Tendency towards keloids
· Seborrheic dermatitis
· Skin irritations or Psoriasis near the treated area (rashes, sunburn, acne, etc.)
· Sick (cold, flu, etc.) You Must be free of the Cold and Flu virus prior
· Had Botox in the past 2 months
· Used Accutane in the past year
· Extremely oily or problematic skin in the eyebrow area
· Allergic to any metals, pigments used contain low levels
An Allergy patch test must be preformed at least 48 hours prior to procedure. If you do not want an allergy patch test done a waiver must be signed.
DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT: a $100 non-refundable deposit is required to schedule and secure your appointment and is deducted from the total price of your service. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about your appointment. Full payment is due prior to procedure.
If you need to cancel or reschedule you must cancel or reschedule your appointment 2 days prior to your scheduled procedure. If you do not cancel or reschedule 2 days prior to your scheduled procedure you will forfeit your deposit. If you miss your appointment or are late for more than 15 minutes you will simply forfeit your deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS.
No one under the age of 18 years will be allowed to have any tattoo procedure done. NO EXCEPTIONS!
All clients must present a state issued ID.
No children will allowed in the procedure room - Per the Department of Public Health. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please make child care arrangements.
CELL PHONES USAGE: Must be kept off or on silent during the procedure as this could distract the artist.
NO FOOD IS ALLOWED IN PROCEDURE ROOM.
No permanent makeup artist can predict the outcome of the healed results. Healed results very from client to client. Healed results are not predictable.
Please follow the before and after care instructions provided for best results. Do not modify before and after care in any way as this may affect the outcome of the healed results.
Microblading and Micro-Shading is a two-step process. Natural great looking brows cannot be achieved in just one session. This is why I include "one" complimentary touch up service after initial procedure. "One" complimentary touch up is included with all "initial" services.
Please be aware if you are requesting an additional touch up before colour boost is needed there will be an up charge of $100. Colour boosts are normally preformed 6 months to 12 months after initial touch up, depending on skin type.
I strongly recommend you book your appointment 3 months in advance of vacations, weddings, and special occasions. To allow adequate time for healing of both your initial Microblading appointment as well the touch-up
PRICING IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. I will honor pricing that was applicable at the time when the appointment was set for the actual procedure.
ALL paperwork must be thoroughly read and signed before initial procedure. You must have a valid state issued ID.
In the event you develop a skin infection at the treated area or an allergic reaction develops, and or injury occurs. Please seek medical attention from a physician.
