DURING PROCEDURE:
Everyone has a different threshold of pain levels. Although, it is recommend to start the first passing of strokes to ensure best possible implantation and retention of pigment, I will pre-numb & numb through out the process if needed. I will do my best to make you as comfortable as possible and ease you of any worries. After numbing, it should be no more painful than tweezing your eyebrows.
AFTER PROCEDURE:
The area can be a little soar, red for the first few hours and tender for the first few days.
This all depends on persons skin type. Some skin types require more passes of the pigment implantation than others. It is best to plan on being at your appointment anywhere from two to three hours. However, it can take a little more depending on skin type.
We discuss the consent form, policies, your expectations, brow shape, colour matching, administer an allergy patch test and discuss the before, after care, and any questions or concerns you may have.
I use sterilized and disposable products. I use PhiBrows pigments. They have no dangerous high amounts of heavy metals. They are organic. Their pigments are true to color and the pigments retain well.
This will depend on the client's skin type and client's age . Some skin types tend to retain pigment better than others. Typically, Microblading could last 1 to 2 years.
Your brows will take about 10 days to heal. It is encouraged you to let them naturally exfoliate off. This means keeping them out of water, sweat, steam, etc. Once the scabbing phase passes, the brows will appear lighter, and their true color should come out after 4 weeks. As long as you are good at following aftercare instructions, there should not be a problem going to work or being out in public.
